Challenge
The One Club Miami had a loyal but small community and needed to fill a room for Realismo Mágico, their 2025 Hispanic Heritage Month celebration. The goal wasn’t brand building, but getting the right people through the door.

Approach
We built a two-phase content strategy to build anticipation before the event and document the energy of the night itself. The pre-event reels focused on the why: why Latin creativity matters, and why this room would be different, using speaker voices to build credibility and CTAs to drive registration. On the day, Stories brought the event to people who could not be there and turned attendees into amplifiers.

Execution
More than 20 pieces of content across reels and stories, published over 30 days. Speaker spotlight reels anchored the pre-event phase, with a call-to-action reel to close the registration push. Live coverage on the night kept the profile active and gave followers a reason to check back.

Results
120.2K views. 34K on the top reel alone. 40.2% of all views from non-followers, meaning the campaign reached well beyond the existing community. Profile visits up 357.3%, external link taps up 142.9%, and 160 net new followers.
